This partnership with Comcast enables clients with one streamlined solution to painlessly push their video assets to Innovid quickly and in the necessary spec.

HOW IT WORKS

WORKFLOW FOR INNOVID MANAGED SERVICE CLIENTS

Step 1: A kick-off call between Comcast Technology Services, Innovid, and the advertiser will be set up to outline the workflow and subsequent requirements.

  • The advertiser should include any party that handles the creative delivery with Comcast Technology Services as well as the campaign activation with Innovid (ie. creative agency, media agency, and/or brand direct). 

Step 2: The advertiser will submit the Innovid campaign via Innovid’s Campaign Submission Form and include all necessary campaign details such as creative direction, 3rd party tracking and/or integration details, etc, as normal.

  • Assets will not be required by the client since Comcast Technology Services will now manage the delivery of creative(s).

Step 3: Once the campaign is submitted, the media agency, creative agency, and/or brand will pass Comcast Technology Services  all necessary creative instructions.

Step 4: Innovid will confirm the successful delivery and validate the required creative spec.

  • Comcast Technology Services will provide a Delivery Confirmation to Innovid and any other party that would like to receive it. 

WORKFLOW FOR INNOVID SELF-SERVICE CLIENTS 

Step 1: A kick-off call between Comcast Technology Services, Innovid, and the advertiser will be set up to outline the workflow and subsequent requirements. 

  • The advertiser should include any party that handles the creative delivery with Comcast Technology Services as well as the campaign activation with Innovid (ie. creative agency, media agency and/or brand direct). 

Step 2: The media agency will set up the Innovid campaign via Innovid’s Campaign Management Tool (CMT) and include all necessary campaign details with the exception of the creatives. 

  • Assets will not be required by the team setting up the campaign within Innovid’s platform since Comcast Technology Services will now manage the delivery of creative(s).

Step 3: Once the campaign details are set up and saved by the media agency or brand, the Innovid Campaign ID can now be shared with Comcast Technology Services for asset delivery. 

Step 4: Innovid’s self-service client will confirm the successful delivery and validate the required creative spec. 

  • Comcast Technology Services will provide a delivery confirmation to Innovid and any other party that would like to receive it. 

ASSET DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR ALL INNOVID SERVICE MODELS

Option 1: Dedicate and define a single campaign within Innovid’s Campaign Management Tool (CMT) to serve as a destination for all creative assets sent from Comcast Technology Services.

  • This option provides Comcast Technology Services with a single Innovid Campaign ID to deliver all assets to. Once assets are delivered, they can then be copied to their appropriate campaign(s).

Option 2: Provide a unique Innovid Campaign ID for each campaign for Comcast Technology Services to send assets directly to.

  • This option will require you to send the unique Innovid Campaign ID once the campaign is created in Innovid every time a new campaign is launching. The unique Campaign ID will also need to be provided for every creative update within the campaign.
