Comcast Wholesale a division of Comcast Cable will unveil its rebranded group at Comcast Booth #3319 during The Cable Show 2013.
The new Comcast Wholesale brand represents the unification of current business units dedicated to providing innovations and infrastructure to third parties. It incorporates businesses formerly part of the Comcast Media Center (CMC) - including Content Solutions, HITS and AdDelivery as well as IP Services which provides data and voice services with new strategic focus, to form a single entity which can better deliver its extensive capabilities to its diverse customer base.
Led by Matt McConnell, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Comcast Wholesale, the division’s scalable services portfolio allows media, communications, advertising and technology businesses of any size to launch new products with lower up-front investment, improved efficiency and faster time to market.
Prior to joining Comcast, McConnell held senior leadership roles in corporate strategy and business development at Level 3 Communications and AOL as well as technology startups such as Troppus Software and MoveFree.com. He has also held strategic planning posts at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture.
