Ensure ad delivery with server-side ad insertion
Server-side ad insertion (SSAI), also known as ad stitching, addresses the major challenges facing client-side advertising — ad blockers, platform integrations, and an uninterrupted user experience.
Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI) from Comcast Technology Solutions ensures the delivery of video ads to players, even with ad blockers turned on, by dynamically inserting ads into the content stream on the mpx server side.
Comcast Technology Solutions’ mpx video management system supports both client-side and server-side ad insertion. SSAI for live or VOD content is built right into mpx, enabling users to easily switch SSAI “on” in the ad policy configuration. You can combine mpx business rules and existing ad policies to efficiently protect and monetize content.
If mpx detects a VPAID ad, it will automatically switch to client-side ad insertion to make sure the ad is served.
Ad Ops Tools provide a debug mode that you can use while testing integration with any end point.
We’ll work with your preferred CDN and VAST-compatible Ad Server.
Set minimum creative standards, blacklist/whitelist creative, and mpx will ignore ads with insignificant resolution, audio, and other quality standards.
